"Pretty pieces for a great price"
I was mentally drained when I went shopping, so I didn’t want to spend a ton or overthink it. I ended up getting a necklace and a pair of earrings, and I was surprised by how affordable they were. They look really nice in person too. I’d definitely buy again

"A little late, but easy enough to track"
My order arrived later than expected, which was a bit frustrating, but I could still follow the tracking updates well. You don’t love waiting longer than planned, but at least I wasn’t totally in the dark about where it was

I ordered a necklace and a pair of small hoops from Ana Luisa, and they looked just like the photos when they arrived. The color and size were exactly what I was expecting, which I really appreciated. The only minor thing is that the clasp felt a little smaller than I thought it would, but it’s not a big deal. For the look and quality, I’d say they’re a good value, and I’m happy with my purchase.

"Shipping was disappointing"
My order ended up arriving later than expected, which was frustrating. It’s not even about that I needed it instantly or anything, I just wish the shipping had been more reliable or better communicated. Overall, not too happy with the delivery experience.

I’ve been wearing my Ana Luisa necklace pretty much nonstop, and I’ve even forgotten to take it off before showering once or twice. It still hasn’t turned my skin green or tarnished at all. It’s just still shiny and looks basically new, so I’m really happy with it.

"Cute packaging, surprisingly solid"
My Ana Luisa order showed up packed really nicely, which made me wonder why more brands don’t put in that bit of effort. The little box felt sturdy, nothing was scratched, and nothing was rattling around inside. It looked cute too, without trying too hard. I ordered a couple pairs of earrings from Ana Luisa i’m happy with them. For the price, they look really nice and don’t have that cheap feel I was kind of worried about (always a gamble when ordering jewelry online). Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was totally fine. One pair ended up being a little smaller than I pictured, but I still wear them a lot. I’d definitely buy from them again, especially if there’s a sale.

"Sizing Was Surprisingly Spot On"
I was kind of expecting the sizing to be a little off, because that seems to happen way too often with jewelry online. But the earrings fit really well and weren’t heavy at all. The ring size was accurate too, not too tight or loose. I wore everything all day and pretty much forgot I even had them on. Happy with it overall.

"Cute simple pieces for everyday outfits"
I really like the simple designs because they’re cute and easy to wear with pretty much anything, like I can throw them on with a casual outfit or something a little nicer and they still work, though I do feel like a few of the pieces are a bit too similar to each other.

Shipping was fine, the pieces actually looked like they did in the photos, and customer support replied quickly when I had a question. So, credit where it’s due, they’ve been reliable for me.
